The "All Gender" labeled bathrooms, while generally tidy, experienced a temporary lack of soap during our visit. However, the issue was promptly resolved upon notifying the staff. A minor concern was the presence of flies, a situation that should be monitored.
Attentiveness of Staff: 5/5
The staff's attentiveness stood out throughout our visit. Menus were promptly provided, accompanied by assurances that any questions or inquiries would be promptly addressed. When queries arose, the staff responded confidently and knowledgeably, offering recommendations for both drinks and food based on our preferences.
Food Quality/Taste: 4/5
Milk Money Bar and Kitchen impresses with food that radiates freshness and bold flavors in sync with menu descriptions. While some garnishes or additional components may present slightly unconventional or contrasting flavors, the overall taste remains enjoyable. The portions offer commendable value for the price, and each plate boasts an immaculate presentation.
A standout moment was the Coco Mojo cocktail, a delightful recommendation from our server. Striking a perfect balance between sweetness and strength, it featured a refreshing mint undertone.
Offputs
A noteworthy aspect deserving attention is the restaurant's occasional tendency to apply unnecessary up-charges. A guest at our table ordered a generously sized salad but received only a small serving of dressing, akin to a to-go ketchup cup. Upon requesting an additional serving, a new bill was presented, surprising us with an unexpected $2 charge for the extra dressing. It's advisable for the portion of dressing to align proportionately with the size of the salad, preventing such unexpected additional charges.
